2. Initial Consultation & Commitment Fee

All initial consultations are subject to a Ksh 5,000 non-refundable consultation fee.
This amount is deductible from the final project cost should you choose to proceed.

3. Service Engagement and Scope

4. Payment Terms
All fees are payable in advance or per milestone, as mutually agreed.

The Service Provider shall not be held responsible for delays caused by client inaction or third-party platforms (e.g., hosting, domain, or CMS providers).
7. Revisions and Feedback
Projects include up to two (2) rounds of revisions per deliverable, unless otherwise specified.
Revisions due to change in scope or new directions outside of the original brief are billable separately.
8. Confidentiality
All proprietary client information shared with SEO Expert Peter will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
Similarly, all strategy documents, proposals, and deliverables produced by the service provider are to be treated as proprietary and confidential.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership of all final deliverables.
SEO Expert Peter retains the right to showcase the work in professional portfolios unless a confidentiality clause is agreed upon in writing.
Unpaid or partially paid work remains the intellectual property of PeterSumSEO.com.
10. Termination of Engagement
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate any engagement if:
The client fails to meet payment obligations.
There is unprofessional conduct or abusive communication.
The client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
11. Limitation of Liability

No guarantee is made regarding specific ranking positions, traffic levels, or revenue results.
The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi, Kenya.
